So how did I make out yesterday???
I think I did really well. I am trying to do weight watchers and stay within my points. I did go a little over but with the flex points I should be fine.
My biggest problem is snacks and lunch that are satisfying. I think I will be buying the box ww or other brand meals for lunch at work and just bring a side salad and that will help. Snacks I think if I get veggies to cut up that will work.
Now I just need to get some exercise in my schedule somewhere.
